Wednesday: Enzyme notes, Complete the inquiry assignment from yesterday

Thursday: Enzyme digital escape room

HW: TRG is due tomorrow

Friday: Lactase video and questions; discuss the lab we are doing next week

HW: Pre-lab and read through the procedure so you know what to expect

Here is what we are doing this week:

Monday: Protein discussion and slides #1-11 about Proteins on the google slides assignment

HW: the rest of the Organic Compound TRG is due Thursday

Tuesday: Protein Folding Lab

Wednesday: Protein structure review and complete the google slides assignment from Monday

HW: TRG is due tomorrow!

Thursday: Quiz using the whole TRG; Biomolecule practice in notes packet and complete the google slides if needed

Friday: Unit 1 Drag and Drop practice
