Monday: Quiz using TRG, Practice questions on the AP Classroom website, Discuss our upcoming test
Tuesday: Review activity and work on FRQ’s
HW: Multiple choice test is Wednesday and FRQ is Thursday. Study and prepare!
Wednesday: Test #1 Multiple choice
Thursday: Test #1 FRQ
Friday: Test corrections and begin working on the new TRG over Organic compounds
This week we will continue practicing statistics and we will discuss the properties of water.
For those that plan ahead, we will have our first test on Wednesday/Thursday, Aug. 30 and 31st. One day for multiple choice and one day for our free response.
Monday: Discuss the polarity of water; Properties of Water Pre-lab
HW: Complete the pre-lab questions
Tuesday: Properties of Water Lab and begin calculations
Wednesday: Discuss CER, Complete the calculations and lab analysis
HW: Finish the lab if you don’t finish in class; Origins of Life TRG is due on Monday
Thursday: Discuss the Origins of Life through prokaryotes
Friday: Discuss the Origins of Life prokaryotes through the present
HW: TRG is due Monday

Tuesday: Check summer assignment, Syllabus and Contracts, Biology matching memory activity
HW: Get syllabus and contracts signed
Wednesday: Join Google Classroom, Quiz using summer assignment, Discuss the big ideas and practices
HW: Statistical Analysis Guided Reading (due tomorrow)
Thursday: Scientific Method and Statistics intro discussion; Moth Mimicry video and assignment
HW: Syllabus and contracts need to be signed by tomorrow
Friday: Standard Error and error bars discussion, Videos to help understand the topic
HW: Standard Error Google form is due Monday
Students will get paper copies of these to sign in class on Tuesday, but here they are for you to access anytime you need them!
